Where do you ship orders from?

Your SnuggySnug™ orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Hong Kong, a vibrant metropolis where East meets West and where comfort and innovation come together.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests beyond this timeframe. However, if you're unsatisfied with your order upon receipt, it can be returned for a full refund.

When will my order be processed?

Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. However, you may be responsible for duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by your local customs department.
